I went here for an estimate. I did not get the work done yet, but they were very honest, forthcoming and helpful. I plan on taking my vehicle to have the work done.

Ian and his team were great from 1st contact to last. They kept me informed and my vehicle does not even look like it was in an accident. Hopefully I don’t get into an accident again but if I do I will use them again!

What a great experience from start to finish. Most impressive, beyond the great body work, is their coordination of the job and communication about it. They work with enterprise car rental and have a driver arrive to pick you up to get your rental. And then you drop the rental at direct and they arrange it’s return to Enterprise. They are clear and accurate about the time table for work being done. And everyone who greets you either in person or over the phone is stellar, good-humored, and knowledgable. In spite of the circumstances, what a tremendous experience. This is how all businesses should run.I highly, highly, highly recommend Direct Paint and Collision.,

Tyler was great! Kept me up to date and helped me understand the step by step process. Although my insurance company ended up deciding to total my vehicle, I would definitely use Direct Paint & Collision in the future..however, I sure hope I won't have to!

Had work done on my Tesla, which they are certified to work on and it turned out great! Ian took care of me and they did some extra work outside the insurance. Very professional and the most competitive bid out of four other body shops I got estimates from.

I had a great experience with Direct Paint & Collision. They kept me updated on the progress of the repairs every couple of days, and my car was ready a day earlier than expected. My car looks better than it did before it was damaged. They also have a resident cat who is the sweetest lady and makes sure everything runs smoothly.

Earlier this summer, I brought in my car after its exhaust system failed. Ian and the team went way above and beyond in helping me get back on the road. They advocated for me both with the part manufacturer (of the part that failed) and with the insurance. They do a great job of keeping costs low and the communication from Ian was great every step of the way. I was also really appreciative of them fixing an AC issue this summer for a great price.

I will also mention that this is a local business. People living in and around Haverford are really lucky to such a great mechanic in the area!
