I had an outstanding experience with Direct Paint & Collision after my recent accident—professional, timely, and incredibly thorough. The staff kept me updated throughout the process, and my car came back looking nearly brand new. I highly recommend them for their excellent service and top-notch workmanship! Notably, Ian was awesome - really made me feel taken care of through the whole process!!

This shop did excellent work repairing my old Honda Civic that was hit while parked. The back of the car was convex after being hit. Now the back looks brand new! Such care was taken in cleaning up the car. I looked like it had been washed and polished and the interior was vacuumed. Also, the staff is very friendly and nice especially Mike in the office. I can't recommend this shop enough!

This was my first time getting my car fixed after an accident (hopefully the last time), but I’d come back here again and again. They (esp. Tyler) did a fantastic job not only communicating with me about the estimated time and cost, but also cleaning my car inside out! It looked brand new when I picked it up. My dealership doesn’t even clean my car when I take it in for maintenance. When they first told me that my car was ready for pickup, I couldn’t do so in the next day or two because of transportation and work, and they were very understanding and explained to me why it’d be better to pick up sooner than later given the liability that they take on while holding onto my car, so I tried my best to pick it up two days later. I believe that’s how you should run a business. This was truly a silver lining despite the accident. I never really write Google reviews but have to admit here that I was impressed. Thank you.

This has been the fourth time that I have had work done by Direct Paint & Collision. Ian Mardinly provided me with an upfront estimate from the lowest to maximum cost. He also kept me updated with the progress of my vehicle daily. The paint match is impeccable on my car. You can't even see where the work has been done. As long as I own this car or any car, Direct Paint & Collision will continue to be my auto body company.

I had a great experience with Direct Paint and Collision. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The time they had my car was reasonable. My car was cleaner than when I bought it and looks like nothing ever happened.

After an accident (in my case, my two vehicles, parked on the street, were damaged, one badly, when they were struck by a drunk driver), when it is easy to get angry about having to deal with the aftermath, the last thing you want is to have problems with a body shop. Within minutes of beginning my interaction with Direct Paint & Collision, I knew I was dealing with competent, efficient professionals. I could not have hoped for a better experience. They assisted with everything, including facilitating dealing with insurance companies and car rental. Ian told me it was his goal to get vehicles fixed so they are as good as new. He met his goal with my vehicles.

Direct Paint and Collision replaced my car’s door quickly and perfectly, and gave me an excellent courtesy on a repair for a prior accident. Tyler was in touch with me for the repair, but the entire staff did a wonderful job of keeping in touch with me and letting me know what was going on.

Direct Paint & Collision was recommended to me by my mechanic and I am so thankful for these guys! I got in to a minor accident and always assumed that the most difficult part would be dealing with aftermath, but these guys made it so easy! They got me in very quickly & communicated with me every step of the way. They also did all of the communication with my insurance as it pertained to the estimate, which meant I could focus on other things (replacing car seat, rental, etc.). They also had my car back up & running in no time. I highly recommend!

This is a long overdue acknowledgement of the superior service that was done by your shop, Direct Collision, after an accident. From the initial estimate on July 20th done by Mark Horn until the final completion of the car on September 25th Mark made everything seamless. This was unfamiliar territory to me but Mark assured me along the way that he would deal with the insurance company and I would not need to. Once the car was in your shop I no longer dealt with the minutiae and the wrangling. He absolutely took care of everything. There were multiple requests from the insurance company and I was notified after things had been settled. I am sure that you are accustomed to this type of back and forth but to someone who isn't familiar with the process it was reassuring to know that an individual like Mark who had my best interest in mind, was handling it. The work was done to perfection and the vehicle came back to me looking new. Thanks for the clean out of the inside! Please be assured that if I find myself or know of a friend who is in need of repair service in the future, Direct Collision will be the first I think of. Again, thank you for a job well done!!

My Chevy Impala was recently rear ended, resulted in me coming to Direct Paint. I was expecting the "runaround" that the last shop gave me. Well none of that here! Not only did Michael Esposito call and have Enterprise pick me up that day, but he gave me regular updates and a mere 6 days later, I had my car back. And it was IMMACULATE and fresh inside when I got it back. The paint job matched PERFECTLY. The work was awesome!! I was directed to Direct Paint and Collision by Geico my insurance company. Direct Paint was able to assess the damages for Geico and provide a reasonable time-frame for the repair.
