I had a great experience with Direct Paint & Collision. They kept me updated on the progress of the repairs every couple of days, and my car was ready a day earlier than expected. My car looks better than it did before it was damaged. They also have a resident cat who is the sweetest lady and makes sure everything runs smoothly.

My husband and I had a great experience at Direct Paint & Collision! Ian was our point person, and he facilitated so well with the insurance company! He always answered all of our questions and made the whole repair process seamless. Our car looks brand new! The shop detailed the car also, inside and out! We will use them in the future!

Earlier this summer, I brought in my car after its exhaust system failed. Ian and the team went way above and beyond in helping me get back on the road. They advocated for me both with the part manufacturer (of the part that failed) and with the insurance. They do a great job of keeping costs low and the communication from Ian was great every step of the way. I was also really appreciative of them fixing an AC issue this summer for a great price.

I will also mention that this is a local business. People living in and around Haverford are really lucky to such a great mechanic in the area!

They did excellent repairs to my car and my wife's car. My most recent visit was when my car got totaled. I called to asked if I could come and remove several items from the car. The person who answered my call was a bit unprofessional with me, but the Body shop manager overheard the conversation and took the phone. He was most polite and courteous, and allowed me to come there and sort out my business. It's because of his professionalism why I gave this company five stars 🌟 .
