I can’t say enough good things about this collision repair shop. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free—which is saying a lot after an accident. Ian is phenomenal—he’s a wealth of knowledge, and his follow-up is absolutely impeccable.

We especially appreciated his honesty; in an industry where that’s not always a given, it was incredibly refreshing. At no point did I feel price gouged, upsold, or taken advantage of. Everything was transparent and fair.

I also loved how digitally savvy they are. You can book appointments online and receive digital updates on the progress of your repair and expected completion date, which made the entire process even easier.

My brother referred us to Ian, and now Ian will be getting a LOT more business from our big Italian family that truly loves their cars. Finding a shop this good is like finding a diamond—you don’t let it go.

I went here for an estimate. I did not get the work done yet, but they were very honest, forthcoming and helpful. I plan on taking my vehicle to have the work done.

Ian and his team were great from 1st contact to last. They kept me informed and my vehicle does not even look like it was in an accident. Hopefully I don’t get into an accident again but if I do I will use them again!

It was my first time using Direct Paint & Collision, and I couldn't be happier with their customer service. They were attentive, understanding, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my car was ready on time so I could avoid rental fees, which my insurance did not cover. When the repairs were complete, they even arranged for the rental company to pick up the rental car directly from their shop, saving me time, money and stress.

The quality of their work was exceptional—I didn’t even recognize my own car at first because it looked so good. They truly made it look brand new again. Their professionalism, communication, and dedication to customer satisfaction really impressed me. What a great experience from start to finish. Most impressive, beyond the great body work, is their coordination of the job and communication about it. They work with enterprise car rental and have a driver arrive to pick you up to get your rental. And then you drop the rental at direct and they arrange it’s return to Enterprise. They are clear and accurate about the time table for work being done. And everyone who greets you either in person or over the phone is stellar, good-humored, and knowledgable. In spite of the circumstances, what a tremendous experience. This is how all businesses should run.I highly, highly, highly recommend Direct Paint and Collision.,

Tyler was great! Kept me up to date and helped me understand the step by step process. Although my insurance company ended up deciding to total my vehicle, I would definitely use Direct Paint & Collision in the future..however, I sure hope I won't have to!

I had a great experience with Direct Paint & Collision. They kept me updated on the progress of the repairs every couple of days, and my car was ready a day earlier than expected. My car looks better than it did before it was damaged. They also have a resident cat who is the sweetest lady and makes sure everything runs smoothly.
