Choose Your Own Collision Repair Shop
You, as a consumer have the right to choose your own body shop. Your right by law is to go where you want your car repaired. The following is quoted right from the Progressive website:“If you already have a go-to repair shop that’s outside our network, you can use them too. In fact, we’ll work with any shop you choose to complete repairs.”

Step 2: Ask the insurance company for your claim number
Step 3: Email or call us with your claim number and we will take care of the rest
