This was my first time using Direct Paint and Collision, and I had a really good experience.

From the moment I walked in, everyone was professional, warm, and easy to talk to. The whole crew made the process feel smooth and well organized, which really took a lot of stress off me.

I want to give a special shout-out to Ian, the Customer Service Manager. The extreme cold weather slowed down the paint process, but he and the team did everything they could to stay on schedule and get my car back to me as promised. I truly appreciate that effort.

They also noticed an issue with my tire and brought it to my attention, making sure I understood the safety concern. They even helped me find a discounted replacement tire to bring the cost down. That meant a lot to me. It felt like they were looking out for me, not just trying to make extra bucks.

Communication was great. I received regular updates, so I always knew what was going on.

While they’re busy, they have a shop cat to keep you company while you’re waiting. She’s round and content, clearly very well-fed and well taken care of. She’s a bit shy, but she’s warm company on a cold day.

I’m very glad I chose them. I’d absolutely use them again.

Ian and his team were great from 1st contact to last. They kept me informed and my vehicle does not even look like it was in an accident. Hopefully I don’t get into an accident again but if I do I will use them again!

It was my first time using Direct Paint & Collision, and I couldn't be happier with their customer service. They were attentive, understanding, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my car was ready on time so I could avoid rental fees, which my insurance did not cover. When the repairs were complete, they even arranged for the rental company to pick up the rental car directly from their shop, saving me time, money and stress.

The quality of their work was exceptional—I didn’t even recognize my own car at first because it looked so good. They truly made it look brand new again. Their professionalism, communication, and dedication to customer satisfaction really impressed me. What a great experience from start to finish. Most impressive, beyond the great body work, is their coordination of the job and communication about it. They work with enterprise car rental and have a driver arrive to pick you up to get your rental. And then you drop the rental at direct and they arrange it’s return to Enterprise. They are clear and accurate about the time table for work being done. And everyone who greets you either in person or over the phone is stellar, good-humored, and knowledgable. Had work done on my Tesla, which they are certified to work on and it turned out great! Ian took care of me and they did some extra work outside the insurance. Very professional and the most competitive bid out of four other body shops I got estimates from.

I had a great experience with Direct Paint & Collision. They kept me updated on the progress of the repairs every couple of days, and my car was ready a day earlier than expected. My car looks better than it did before it was damaged. They also have a resident cat who is the sweetest lady and makes sure everything runs smoothly.

Earlier this summer, I brought in my car after its exhaust system failed. Ian and the team went way above and beyond in helping me get back on the road. They advocated for me both with the part manufacturer (of the part that failed) and with the insurance. They do a great job of keeping costs low and the communication from Ian was great every step of the way. I was also really appreciative of them fixing an AC issue this summer for a great price.

I will also mention that this is a local business. People living in and around Haverford are really lucky to such a great mechanic in the area!
