We Accept Nationwide Collision Repair Estimates

before and after collision repair

It can feel like you’re in a whirlwind after a collision. Between insurance reports, police reports, possible injuries, and schedule changes, it can make all of the difference just to know that your car will be properly repaired and safe to drive again. Direct Paint & Collision works with all insurance companies to ensure you get the best possible repairs from your own trusted body shop. If you have Nationwide insurance, you only need to contact your rep and let them know that we are your preferred shop.

Over the last 30 years, we’ve built up our reputation as the trusted neighborhood auto body repair shop. Our team is experienced, knowledgeable, and is always focused on the customer’s needs. We use the best quality replacement materials and have a team of in-house insurance claims experts to make things easier.

Choose Your Own Collision Repair Shop

It’s important to understand that you have the right to choose your own body shop following an accident. By law, you are allowed to bring your vehicle to the auto body shop you feel can best handle your repairs, even if that shop is not listed as in-network. The following is quoted directly from the Nationwide website:

“If you already have a repair estimate, you can mail, email or fax it to your Nationwide claims representative. If the claim qualifies, we also can work directly with your repair facility, even if it’s not in our Auto Repair Network.”

If you’re in a crash, follow these steps.

Step 1: Call your Nationwide insurance rep and tell them you want to use Direct Paint & Collision
Step 2: Ask the insurance company for your claim number
Step 3: Email or call us with your claim number and we will take care of the rest
